Right Before I Go

Right Before I Go is a stage play written by Stan Zimmerman (Gilmore Girls, Golden Girls) that attempts to break down the stigma surrounding suicide. It is a non-profit production, with all profits going to registered suicide prevention charities in the U.S. and U.K.

I was brought on by the production company Dreamatorium Entertainment to create and manage a social media strategy as the play transferred to the Soho Theatre in London’s West End after a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe. With only 2 weeks before the opening night in London, I needed to create a strategy that raised attention and interest but drove desire and ticket sales at the same time, whilst creating a platform for a longevity that could sustain a future tour.

The play needed to sell out in order to make back its money and raise funds as a nonprofit. Therefore, ticket sales were my primary KPI.
